How long does shipping take?
We do our best to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. As manufacturers, we require 1-5 business days to prepare your props. The delivery time then varies, taking usually 2-7 business days depending on your location. The closer you are to Poland, the quicker the delivery. 

Where do you ship from? 
We are based in Poland, a member of the European Union, where we craft and ship your props from 

Do you ship internationally? 
Absolutely! In fact, international shipping is our primary method. With 10 years of experience, we've shipped to numerous countries – some so many, that we had to check the map 

What shipping carriers do you use? 
We exclusively utilize fully trackable and reliable couriers like FedEx and DPD. These internationally renowned companies have proven to provide a positive shipping experience for our customers. 

Can I track my order?
Certainly! Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking numbers. Should you need any additional assistance with your shipped parcel, we're here to help 

What are the shipping costs? 
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, and destination of your parcel, and therefore, they may vary. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated upon checkout 



Payments: 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We offer the convenience of PayPal and Credit Card payments (processed through PayPal, no PayPal account required), and also accept bank transfers. 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. Payments on our site are processed through PayPal, recognized as one of the safest online money-handling methods. All PayPal transactions benefit from advanced data encryption, and additional seller protection protocols are in place to ensure a secure platform for both buyers and sellers 

Do you offer installment payments? 
Regrettably, we do not offer installment payments at the moment, but we are planning to start with a Klarna soon. 

Are taxes included in the prices? 
As a European Union-based company, products shipped within the European Union include taxes, and there won't be any additional customs fees. However, for products shipped outside the EU, they are considered tax-free. Please note that there may be customs fees or costs added at the border of your country. The determination of these fees is at the discretion of customs and is the responsibility of the buyer. We appreciate your understanding 

I have an EU VAt Tax number, can I use it?
Certainly! If you have a valid EU number, you can use it to have a VAT deducted from the prices. You can check the validity of your number HERE

Returns and Exchanges: 

What is your return policy? 

As an EU-based seller, we adhere to the regulations governing returns. We go beyond the standard 10-day return period required by EU regulations; we offer an extended return period of 100 days, regardless of your location. Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing a specific reason, as per the general rules governing long-distance purchases. Items must be unused in a condition as received. 

How do I initiate a return? 
Simply contact us to inform us that you'd like to return your order. Please provide your name and order number. Afterward, ship the item back to us at the following address: Mamamada Photo Props Kreta 8 street, 62-002 Suchy Las, POLAND. The return package must be trackable 

Do you provide the buyer with a return label?
As a small manufacturer, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a return label. Once the item is received back, we will promptly refund you for the prop price. Please note that we do not refund shipping and return shipping costs. 


Product Information: 

Are your products handmade? 

Absolutely, the majority of our props, including all wooden and painted items, are meticulously crafted in our workshop either by our team or by our trusted local suppliers. However, please note that certain items, such as artificial flowers, may not be handmade 

How do I care for the items I purchase? 
Care instructions are included in each listing. For most floor props, simply dust them as you would any other decorations in your studio. For real wool items, we recommend spot cleaning, and for fabrics, washing them with a mild detergent is advisable. 

Are your products suitable as toys?
Our products are crafted specifically for use as photography props, and we do not recommend using them as toys for babies. They should be used under adult supervision solely as photography props. We strongly advise keeping the safety of your baby in mind and having an assistant present can be beneficial.

What are your customer support hours? 
We strive to respond as quickly as possible. However, being a small family business, each member of our team fulfills multiple roles, including crafting props and preparing orders for shipping. While we may not always be available for live responses, we are committed to getting back to you promptly, usually within 24 hours of your message. If you don't receive a response after 24 hours, please consider checking your spam folder, or feel free to resend your email or try another contact method. Our usual working hours for answering messages are from 8 am to 5 pm GMT+1 Time Zone 


Ordering Process: 
 

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? 
Certainly! Feel free to contact us using one of the available methods. As long as your order has not been marked as shipped, we can assist you in modifying or canceling it 

Are there any hidden fees? No, the cost is clearly stated in each item's listing. The shipping cost is automatically calculated upon checkout as it varies. We don't add any extra charges to the shipping cost; it reflects the courier's rate for your parcel. However, please note that customs fees or costs may be added at the border of your country if you are outside the European Union. The determination of these fees is at the discretion of customs and is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Do I need an account to make a purchase? 
No, you don't need an account in our shop to make a purchase, though it can be advantageous. Creating an account provides you with easy access to your purchase history, and notifications, and, should you decide to return in the future, you won't need to re-enter your details. 


Product Availability: 

Is the item currently in stock? 
If you see the item in our shop, it means it's available for purchase. Since we handmake many of our props, they are crafted especially for you once your order is placed. During quieter seasons, we strive to stock our warehouse with our products. Additionally, when someone orders, for example, one wooden number, we aim to make two to have one ready for the next shipment.
For these reasons, we can't provide an exact inventory of in-stock items versus those made to order. However, if you're in a hurry and would like to know if we have something ready to ship (RTS), feel free to contact us and inquire about specific items or a list of items.
We do our best to prepare your orders promptly. As manufacturers, we require 1-5 business days to prepare your props. Working diligently, we aim to minimize your waiting time. We understand the importance of a quick turnaround for your props :)

What sustainability practices do you follow?
 
We are committed to caring for our planet. Many of our wooden props are crafted from recycled wood, ensuring both safety and a touch of vintage charm with non-toxic stains. To reduce plastic usage, some of our products are packaged with only a cotton strap and a shop tag, and we strive to minimize the use of bubble wrap. Additionally, we contribute to sustainability by repurposing preused cardboard for parcel filling.
